1. Does the vendor give a labour contract to the worker & have written policy on wage and compensation awards legislated in this country or region? 賣方是否與工人簽定勞動合同,是否有針對法定工資和福利方面的書面政策?
2. Are the legislated minimum wage rates posted or available to employees at the commencement of employment? 法定最低工資是否張貼或在雇傭開始時告知員工?
3. Do the wages & compensation for employees meet the legal or prevailing industry wage legislated in this country or region? 員工工資和福利待遇是否符合國家或地方的法律或通常行業(yè)要求?
4. Is the employee notified of any legally approved deduction for company provided items? 公司是否通知員工法規(guī)允許的扣減項目?
5. Are legally required withholding’s being retained correctly and paid to the proper agency(s) in accordance with this country or regions law? 法律允許的扣繳款是否被正確的扣除并且根據(jù)國家或當(dāng)?shù)胤ㄒ?guī)支付給相應(yīng)的機(jī)構(gòu)?
6. Are employee wages deducted for food and housing in accordance with this country or regions law? 員工工資中對食宿的扣款是否符合國家或地方法律要求?
7. Is the employee notified of these withholding’s and other deductions prior to the commencement of employment? 員工在被錄用之前是否被告知此項扣繳款及其它的扣款?
8. Are employees paid within the time frame recommended by local law?是否按照當(dāng)?shù)胤梢?guī)定的期限發(fā)放員工工資?
9. Is payment made readily available to employees and in the form of local currency? 員工能否迅速得到以當(dāng)?shù)刎泿判问街Ц兜墓べY款項?
10. Do employees receive detailed pay slips? 員工是否收到明細(xì)的工資條?
11. Are benefits paid in accordance with this country or regions law? Eg: paid vacation, insurances, meal allowances, etc…是否按照國家或地方法規(guī)提供福利,例如:帶薪休假,保險,餐費津貼等等。
