工廠在進行C 4社會責(zé)任驗廠時應(yīng)注意以下事項：

1. Factory should have the complete employee manual and personal files.
   工廠應(yīng)該有完整的員工手冊和個人文件。

2. Factory should have the overtime wages in the pay roll records.
   工廠應(yīng)在工資表上記錄加班工資。

3. Factory should set up a standard working hours recording system(IC/Finger print).
   工廠應(yīng)建立標準工時記錄系統(tǒng)（IC /指紋）。

4. Factory should establishing the CSR system.
   工廠應(yīng)建立企業(yè)社會責(zé)任制度。

5. Factory should complete the employee namelist for auditing.
   工廠應(yīng)完成審計員工名單。

6. Factory need to buy social security for employees.
   工廠需要為員工購買社會保障。

7. Factory should have the lift registration,lift operator certificate.
   工廠應(yīng)提供電梯登記證，電梯操作工證書。

8. Factory should have the building safety inspection certificate/Construction Project Fire Safety Acceptance Document or Record/Acceptance report/EIA Approval.
   工廠應(yīng)建立安全檢查證書、建設(shè)工程消防驗收文件或記錄/報告/環(huán)評審批驗收。

9. Factory should have Fire Fighting and Emergency Evacuation Plan, Work Accident Records and Work-related Injury Record.
   工廠應(yīng)提供滅火和應(yīng)急疏散預(yù)案，工作事故記錄和工傷記錄。

10.Factory should have the training about EHS.
   工廠應(yīng)提供EHS環(huán)境健康安全方面相關(guān)培訓(xùn)。

11.The risk assessment for safe,healthy and hygienic working conditions should be available in the factory.
   工廠應(yīng)提供健康、衛(wèi)生安全的工作條件。

12.Factory should have list of all Chemical, MSDS, Dangerous Chemical Emergency Succor Plan and Drill Record.
   工廠應(yīng)提供全部化學(xué)品清單，化學(xué)品物質(zhì)安全資料表，危險化學(xué)品應(yīng)急救援預(yù)案和演練記錄。

13.Factory should have first aid quipments and first aid person.
   工廠應(yīng)提供急救設(shè)備和急救人員。

14.Factory must install fire alarm in all workshops.
   工廠必須在所有車間安裝消防警鈴。

15.Factory should ensure the fire equipments unblocked.
   工廠應(yīng)保證消防設(shè)備是否暢通。

16.Factory should let the emergency exit(door) opening during the working time.
   工廠應(yīng)該讓緊急出口（門）在工作時敞開。

17.Factory should have the exit light and evacuation map at the emergency exit.
   工廠應(yīng)安裝安全出口燈及疏散圖。

18.The factory should ensure all switch and electricity box coverd.
   工廠應(yīng)確保所有開關(guān)和電箱有安全蓋。

19.Factory should set the secondary container and Chinese label ,MSDS for the chemicals using.
   工廠應(yīng)設(shè)置二次容器和中文標簽，MSDS對化學(xué)品的使用。

20.Factory should have a suggestion box.
