2. Is there a system for evaluation and approval of incoming materials prior to use? Are records of the incoming verification maintained?
    來料使用前是否有評估和審批制度？被錄入核查并保持記錄？

3. Is there a system of raw material and component lot control or traceability?
    是否有一個原材料和產(chǎn)品部件控制和可追蹤的系統(tǒng)

4. Are sampling activities conducted in accordance with a sampling method, using procedures, facilities & equipment designed to avoid contamination?
