Assessment & Periodic Audits Time Frame HOME DEPOT 家得寶驗廠評級和有效期：

1、Grade A 等級： 90% - 100%

Two years from the CAPA closure (if capa is required) or most recent audit date(if no CAPA required)

有效期兩年，從CAPA關(guān)閉日起（如果有CAPA需要關(guān)閉）或從上一次審核日期算起（如果無CAPA）

2、Grade B 等級： 80% - 94%

One year from CAPA closure 有效期一年，從CAPA關(guān)閉日起計算

3、Grade C 等級： 65% - 79%

Six months from CAPA closure 有效期六個月，從CAPA關(guān)閉日起計算

4、Grade F 等級：Less than 65% or Alert     審核分?jǐn)?shù)小于65%或得到警告

Factory is required to undertake the Transparency and Improvement Program(TIP).New audit required six (6) months fron the date of the audit. At that time the factory is expected to achieve a grade C or higher.

工廠必須參加透明與提升計劃（TIP），并在六個月后接受新的審核，審核結(jié)果須為 "C" 或更高。

5、NOTE: If factory enters "non-compliance" status for not closing CAPA within required timeline,the re-audit date is calculared based on the original audit date.

如果工廠進入了“不符合”狀態(tài)則復(fù)審日期依據(jù)初審日期計算。
