1.1 Do all workers (including contracted and migrant workers) have a formal employment contract? 是否所有工人（包括合同工和流動工人）都簽訂了正式勞動合同？

2、No child labour     RUSTA驗(yàn)廠 - 無童工

ILO: Minimim legal age is 15 years old (or the local country law).國際勞工組織：最低法定年齡為15歲（或當(dāng)?shù)貒曳桑?/span>

2.1 Are there any children working in the factory premises? 是否有童工在車間工作？

2.2 Is there an employment policy in place to prevent Child Labour? 是否制定和實(shí)施預(yù)防使用童工和童工誤用補(bǔ)救政策？

2.3 Are young/juvenile workers (less than 18 years old) protected from dangerous working conditions and night-work? 是否制定和實(shí)施政策以避免青少年工（小于18周歲）工作于有毒有害崗位和加夜班。

3、Voluntary labour RUSTA驗(yàn)廠 - 自愿勞動

3.1 Do the factory retain workers ID-documents or use financial bondage towards them? 是否采用扣押員工身份證件或金錢奴役等方式強(qiáng)留員工。

3.2 Are workers free to leave the factory at the end of working shifts or during non-working hours? 是否工人于下班后和非上班期間可以自由離開廠區(qū)。

4、Access to fresh drinking water and toilets 飲用水和衛(wèi)生間的要求

4.1 Is fresh drinking water available free of charge to all workers? 是否免費(fèi)提供工人干凈飲水。

4.2 Are functional toilets accessible to all workers? 是否提供所有工人功能齊全的洗手間設(shè)施。

4.3 Are there separate toilets for men and women? 是否提供男女分離的洗手間。

5、Wages equal to or exceeding the legal minimum level  RUSTA驗(yàn)廠 - 工資福利

5.1 All workers receive at least the minimum legal wage for all regular hours worked? 是否提供工人在正常工作時間內(nèi)的最低工資。

6、Critical health and safety hazards prevented 健康和安全危害

6.1 Are there any critical health or safety hazards (physical injury of a permanent nature) at the manufacturing site, canteen or dormitories? 是否在車間、餐廳或宿舍存在任何重大健康安全危害（永久性的身體傷害）。

6.2 Are there at least two (2) unlocked exits with doors opening outwards in all facilities? 是否在各區(qū)域存在至少兩個外開式逃生出口。

6.3 Adequate personal protective equipment (PPE) is available free of charge for the exposed workers? 是否免費(fèi)提供暴露于危害崗位的工人足夠的個人防護(hù)用品。

7、Critical Environmental pollution is prevented  防止重大環(huán)境污染

7.1 Is there any irreversible pollution caused by the factory that gives a highly negative impact on the environment. 是否存在對環(huán)境有著高負(fù)面影響的不可逆的污染。

8、Good Business Ethics   RUSTA驗(yàn)廠 - 良好的商業(yè)道德

8.1 The factory has a business ethics policy? 工廠是否制定和執(zhí)行商業(yè)道德政策。

8.2 The Supplier/factory has signed RSM External contacts appendix? 供應(yīng)商和或工廠是否簽署Rusta供應(yīng)商手冊之外部聯(lián)絡(luò)附件。
