1 Traffic routes　通行路徑
1.1 Should be free of obstructions　不能有障礙物。
1.2 Drained where necessary　必要處有排水溝。
1.3 No wholes, slopes or slipperness　不能有坑洞，坡，或光滑的通道
1.4 Routes for vehicles　要有機(jī)動(dòng)車路線
1.5 Speed limits　速度限制

2  Emergency evacuation plans　緊急出口
2.1 Plans with clearly marked escape routes leading to emergency exits should be displayed on every floor 　
每層樓必須有逃生通道圖
2.2 Clearly visible and accessible emergency exits must be unobstructed and unlocked during working hours.　
工作時(shí)間內(nèi)，逃生通道必須清晰可見且方便到達(dá)，不能堵塞或鎖上。
2.3 If locked for whatever reason, inside opening devices must guarantee immediate opening　　
無論何種原因，里面的開鎖裝置必須保證立刻可以打開。
2.4 Clear arrow marks on the floors leading to the exits 指向出口的箭頭要在地板上標(biāo)示出來。
2.5 Emergency exits must be clearly indicated　緊急出口要有明顯的標(biāo)示。

3 Falling objects　下落物體
3.1 Open floors of more than 2m in height from each other must be foreseen with a railing to prevent falling　 超過2米高的樓梯必須有護(hù)欄以防物品下落。
3.2 Fencing and railing, wherever necessary should prevent workers and goods from falling down on others　
無論什么情況，柵欄和護(hù)欄都是必要的，以防工人或是貨物墜落。

4 Glazing and window cleaning
4.1 Windows are to be glazed with a break-resistant translucent material　　　　　　　
窗戶要用防破裂的半透明玻璃/材料
4.2 Provision to be made for the safe of cleaning of windows　清潔窗戶要有保護(hù)規(guī)定。

5 Doors and gates　通道和門
5.1 Sliding or vertically moving doors should be constructed in order not to trap any person
滑動(dòng)門或是垂直移動(dòng)門要確保不圈住任何人。
5.2 If powered, emergency stop to be provided　如果是動(dòng)力門，要有緊急制動(dòng)裝置。
5.3 Doors which are pushed from either side should be provided with a view panel　兩面都可以推動(dòng)的門要嵌在可視門板。

6 Escalators, moving walkways　自動(dòng)扶梯，移動(dòng)走道
6.1 Shall comply with British standard 5656 or comparable　必須遵守5656 或相近標(biāo)準(zhǔn)
6.2 Emergency stops should be provided　要有緊急制動(dòng)裝置

7 Fire prevention　防火

7.1 Minimum 1 extinguisher per 100 m2....or at least 1 on every level ( in every room) if the total surface is below 200 m2　　至少每100平方一個(gè)滅火器，或一個(gè)房間一個(gè)滅火器，如果總面積小于200平方米。

7.2 Extinguishers/hoses should be located well visible (wall mounted) and their position must have clear and unobstructed signs　滅火器或是消防栓要放置于清晰可見處，要有明顯的不能被阻塞的標(biāo)示。

7.3 Access to the extinguishers must not be obstructed　通往滅火器的通道不能被阻塞。

7.4 Extinguishers must be serviced every year. Service date must be indicated on the extinguisher or service papers/reports must be available　滅火器要每年保養(yǎng)。保養(yǎng)日期要在滅火器上標(biāo)出，保養(yǎng)記錄要備查。

7.5 If there is a pressure gauge, indication must be in the "green area"　　如果有壓力標(biāo)，指針要在“綠色”區(qū)。

7.6 Fire hoses must be checked during each fire drill　消防栓要在每次的消防演習(xí)中檢查。

7.7 They must be quickly and easily reachable and visibly marked　　清晰的標(biāo)示出消防栓，并很容易并快捷的到達(dá)。

7.8 Quick access to fire hoses must be checked during each fire drill　通往消防栓的通道要在每次的消防演習(xí)中檢查。

7.9 Once per year a fire drill should be conducted including a simulation of an emergency situation leading to evacuation　每年的消防演習(xí)要包括緊急情況下撤離的模擬演習(xí)。

7.10 Documentation about fire drill and shortcomings should be kept with photographical evidence　消防演習(xí)的文件及問題要以照片形式保留。

7.11 A simulation of an emergency evacuation of the building is a part of this exercise, documentation should be kept　緊急情況下撤離的模擬演習(xí)使用的建筑物是演習(xí)的一部分，文件中要保留

8 First Aid Kit　急救箱

8.1 Recognizable marked first aid kits should be sufficiently stocked and be available in the production area at a clearly visible place, preferably fixed at the wall, but definitely unlocked　有清晰標(biāo)示的急救箱要配備齊全，放置在工作區(qū)一個(gè)顯而易見的地方，很好地固定在墻上，不能上鎖。

9 Safety equipment/protection of machines　機(jī)器的安全保護(hù)裝置
9.1 Machines should be equipped with all necessary safety installations, such as:
9.2 Emergency stops 緊急制動(dòng)
9.3 Covers of moving parts (transmission belts)　移動(dòng)部分的覆蓋（傳送帶）
9.4 Needle shields (sewing machines/ snap button machine)針的防護(hù)罩（縫紉機(jī)和砸扣機(jī)）
9.5 Knife shields (cutting machines)　刀的防護(hù)罩（裁刀）
9.6 Safe electrical wiring　安全的電線
9.7 Die cut machines and pressing machines operated with 2 switch buttons　沖壓機(jī)和壓合機(jī)要有兩個(gè)開關(guān)。

10 Protective/safety apparatus　安全防護(hù)設(shè)備
10.1 Metal gloves for the workers in the cutting area　裁剪工人要戴金屬手套
10.2 Masks for works in dusty/sandblasting areas or with chemicals　在有灰塵和噴砂，有化學(xué)品的地方，工人要戴面具。
10.3 Ear protection　護(hù)耳
10.4 Protective glasses where necessary (e.g. button machine, snap button machine etc.)　如有必要，要戴防護(hù)眼鏡（如訂扣機(jī)，砸扣機(jī)）
10.5 Enforced glasses　加強(qiáng)防護(hù)的眼鏡

10.6 Proper eye-wash/shower station in chemical and sandblasting area　在有化學(xué)品和噴砂的地方，有適當(dāng)?shù)南囱酆土茉〉臈l件。
