1 Housekeeping　保潔
1.1 Maintenance　維護(hù)
1.2 All machinery and equipment used must be in a good working order 所有使用的機(jī)器設(shè)備要有良好的狀態(tài)。
1.3 Regularly maintained and serviced 定期的維護(hù)和保養(yǎng)。
1.4 Must comply with relevant local safety law　必須合乎相關(guān)的當(dāng)?shù)匕踩ㄒ?guī)。
1.5 Cleaning　清潔
1.6 Surfaces to be easily washable/cleanable　表面要容易清理。
1.7 No waste accumulation　垃圾不能堆積。
1.8 Free of odour 不能有臭味。
1.9 Floors and stairs have to be cleaned at least weekly　地板和樓梯必須一周清理一次。
1.10 Walls and ceilings are recommended to be cleaned every 12 months　墻壁和天花板要至少一年清理一次。
