COLES驗廠人權(quán)審核同其他社會責(zé)任驗廠一樣,注重社會責(zé)任道德標(biāo)準(zhǔn),對童工方面的審核主要會考察以下幾個方面:
1. Are all the employees' ages compliant with this country or regions laws?
所有員工的年齡是否符合國家或當(dāng)?shù)胤傻囊?guī)定?
2. What is the compulsory age for school attendance legislated in this country or region?
在本國或本地區(qū)法定強(qiáng)制教育的年齡是多少歲?
3. Does the vendor have a documented or written policy specifying the youngest age for workers hired?
工廠方是否有書面文件或政策明確雇用工人的最低年齡?Does it meet the minimum requirement?是否達(dá)到最低要求?
4. In the absence of country or regional law, does the vendor meet CML’s code on minimum age?
如果國家或地區(qū)的法律沒有規(guī)定,賣方是否滿足Coles Myer公司的最低年齡要求?
5. Is the law and or policy communicated to all employees? 此法律和/或政策是否告知所有員工?
6. If young workers are employed, are they employed according to local law?
如果雇傭年輕工人,對他們的雇用是否符合當(dāng)?shù)胤梢螅?br />
7. Does the vendor have documents supporting age information on record?賣方是否有保存年齡證明文件記錄?
