   廠商是否依據(jù)品質(zhì)計劃及規(guī)范的需求來進行檢驗和測試？

4、Does the supplier utilize final inspection and testing?
   廠商是否執(zhí)行最終檢測及測試？

5、Does the supplier utilize outgoing product inspection and testing such as Out of Box Audits?
   廠商是否進行出貨檢驗，如：開箱抽樣檢驗和測試？
