Section 1---child labor(110 points can be earned)
第1 ---童工(可賺取110點)
1.1the facility does not engage in or support the use of child labor. (30)
該設(shè)施不從事或支持使用童工
1.2the facilit does not cause anyone under the age of 18 to be employed on hazardous work.(30)
該場所之不會導(dǎo)致未滿18歲的人被雇用在有害的工作。
1.3documentary evidence exists for proof of age upon recruitment.(20)
書面證據(jù)后,招聘年齡證明文件。
1.4the facility has a written policy specifying the youngest age for workers hired ar his facility which is in compliance with all applicable laws.(10)
該設(shè)施有書面政策規(guī)定對工人的年齡最小的設(shè)施,聘請氬他在所有適用的法律規(guī)定。
1.5the facility requires an undertaking from sub-contractors not to use child labor.(20)
該設(shè)施需要由分包商承諾不使用童工。
Section 2---forced labor(130 points can be earned)
第二---強迫勞動(可賺取130點)
2.1 the facility does not engage in or support the use of forced labor(unpaid,indentured or bonded).(30)
該設(shè)施不從事或支持使用強迫勞動(未付,契約或抵押)。
2.2 the facility does not engage in or support the use of prison labor.(30)
該設(shè)施不從事或支持使用監(jiān)獄勞工。
2.3 prospective employees are given full disclosure of the terms and conditions of employment prior to employment and these are in no way linked to the worker becoming indebted in any way.(20)
未來的雇員給予的條件和就業(yè)條件充分披露前的就業(yè)和這些聯(lián)系到工人成為以任何方式indebted沒有任何關(guān)系。
2.4 employees are free to leave employment after giving reasonable notice and the employer will not hold any original identification papers that might limit the employee's ability to leave.(20)

2.5 employees are not required to lodge deposits and wages are paid in a timely manner after completion of a pay period.(10)
